Ethan Nary is Director  Project Controls at The EPC Group, leading major capital programmes across nuclear defence, nuclear energy, renewable energy and oil and gas.

He is pioneering the creation and roll out of The EPC Group Specialist Delivery System, a client focused and delivery driven framework designed to enhance efficiency, productivity and programme certainty across complex and safety critical projects.

A specialist in project planning, performance reporting and end to end project delivery, Ethan provides executive assurance on schedule, cost, risk and governance. He is also an expert in delay analysis and dispute resolution, supporting clients in navigating complex contractual environments while protecting programme outcomes. He leads multidisciplinary teams to implement robust systems, drive measurable performance improvements and ensure successful project delivery.
